We think it’s easy to develop and write software. What is difficult is to write good software.

We think it’s easy for someone to learn to develop software but it’s difficult to develop software in a team. Lone developers do all the jobs – requirements gathering, testing, deployment, bug fixing. In a team, these responsibilities have to be shared out while the results still need to meshed together seamlessly.

We think it’s easy to develop software when you are the product owner of the idea; it’s harder when you’re trying to meet a business goal owned by non-technical people.

Magna Faber was started to address these issues, integrating a combination of the principles of the Agile methodology, object orientation, communication, an understanding of team dynamics and individual psychology all while meeting the need for business delivery.
